• In case of any faults with the inverter and battery within 48 hours, we offer either replacement or repair services.

How It Works: Simple Steps to Secure Your Power Backup

1. Choose Your Rental Duration: Directly select the desired rental period for the power backup unit (4 months, 6 months, 12 months) on our website.
2. Add to Cart: After selecting your tenure, choose “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method and add the product to your cart.
3. Enter Your Details: Provide your delivery address and contact information where prompted.
4. Confirmation: Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference number. Please take a screenshot of this email for your records.
5. Send Installation Details: After confirmation, send photos of the proposed inverter wiring points at your location via WhatsApp. This will help us prepare for a smooth installation.

Terms and Conditions

• Returning UPS/ inverter Battery  intimation required before 3 working days
• Failure to complete the rental agreed period as per the terms, balance month charges upon return.
• Inverter battery stands are not included in the rental; available upon request for an extra charge – please specify before booking.
• Late returns will incur additional charges, calculated every month as specified in the rental agreement. (No daily or weekly basis)
• The customer must notify the rental provider immediately in case of any issues or damages encountered during the rental period.
• If the order is canceled for any reason, including issues related to wiring or space constraints, a cancellation fee of Rs. 650 will apply.
• Please ensure the designated contact person is available to hand over the product during the return process.
• The required documents typically include a valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, and an alternate mobile number for renting an inverter battery, mandatory documents.
• Any outstanding balances or charges must be settled upon the return of the product.
• The rental agreement is non-transferable, and the customer cannot sublease or lend the rented product to third parties without prior written consent.
• Payments will be automatically debited every month through Razorpay UPI AutoPay
• The customer would be responsible for any damage caused to items due to fire, theft, floods, or any other unforeseen reason
• Gravity Power Solution is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the use of the rented product.

Payment Policy
This service is offered on a monthly rental basis, with payment collected in advance before the start of each month’s usage. Payments will be automatically debited every month through Razorpay UPI AutoPay or direct bank account eMandate, as per the customer’s authorization.

• The first month’s payment must be completed before installation.
• From the second month onwards, the rental will be auto-debited on the due date.
• No refundable security deposit is required.

*Delivery charges are applicable on the complete order and not on the individual items. However, Installation charges are as per the individual item.
