Agreement: By renting any inverter, UPS, or related power equipment from Gravity Power Solution (“Client”), you agree to the following terms.
1) Rental Equipment Ownership
- All rented equipment (UPS, inverters, batteries, accessories) remains the sole property of Gravity Power Solution.
- The Client is granted temporary use for the agreed rental period only.
2) Billing & Payment Terms
- Monthly rental is payable 100% in advance (manual or auto-debit via UPI/NACH/card).
- Auto-debit triggers on each monthly due date.
- To discontinue after the rental period ends, provide notice at least 1 week before the next billing cycle (email required).
3) Renewal & Cancellation
- Contracts renew monthly unless cancelled before the next due date.
- No refunds once the monthly auto-debit is processed.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email, WhatsApp, or official channels.
4) Invoice & Tax
- All rentals billed with 18% GST.
- Tax invoice issued for every billing cycle.

5) Installation & Site Requirements
- Installation performed by Gravity engineers at the Client site.
- Client must ensure electrical readiness (power socket, earthing) and safe access path.
- Extra charges may apply for staircase delivery without lift, long-distance cabling, or heavy-battery setups.
6) Client Responsibilities
- Use equipment solely for the intended rental purpose.
- Do not relocate, tamper, misuse, or resell rented units.
- Any loss, fire, or water damage due to negligence is chargeable to the Client.
7) Service Support SLA
- Inspection response targets:
- 4–5 hours for emergencies
- 24–48 hours for non-critical issues
- Replacement (if required) within 2–3 working days.
8) Rental Agreement & KYC
- Clients must provide valid KYC and complete a digital rental agreement.
- KYC includes Aadhaar/PAN for individuals; GST/PAN for companies.
9) Termination by Company
Gravity Power Solution may suspend/terminate service if:
- Auto-debit fails repeatedly
- Equipment is misused
- Site is inaccessible
- Service terms are violated
- Either party may terminate the rental agreement after completion of the 6 months of rental period. Upon termination, the customer must return the equipment in good working condition.
10) Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
